Jemma Lulu’s fine jewelry collection consists of options in solid 10K white, yellow, 14K Yellow, Rose, or White gold as well as 18K Yellow and Pink gold.

Finish:

All pieces are available in polished (high shine) or matte finish (satin look). Matte finish is our more popular finish. The finish of charms may not be altered once the order is complete. Please refer to the finish guide prior to completing your order.

Chains are only available in polished finish. White gold pieces have a rhodium finish and may require to be re-dipped to maintain the finish.

On a case-by-case basis, Jemma Lulu will polish (clean) or repair a fine jewelry product that was ordered directly from us within 1 year of purchase. If your purchase is from over 1 year ago, repairs may still be made but there will be a fee depending on the work needed and condition of the item.

Chain Maintenance:

Jemma Lulu will repair chains on a case-by-case basis up to one year after the date of purchase. If your chain requires multiple repairs within the first year of purchase it is up to the customer service representative’s discretion to determine if a fee is required. After 1 year the chain may still be repaired at a fee determined by the customer service representative.

Charm Necklaces:

Sometimes, the charms do not lay perfectly flat on the chain- Charms are soldered onto the links with jump rings so that they are all facing the correct way. They are soldered with spaces in between so that they hang nicely.

All fine items are shipped in our clear plastic box with pompoms and silver ribbon including a Jemma Lulu card, unless otherwise specified. We do not offer wrapping.
