Jemma Lulu reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by Jemma Lulu.

Order Fulfillment

All fine jewelry orders are custom cast and made to order in the US. All orders do not go into production without full advance payment by the customer.

Fine jewelry orders take between 6-8 weeks to produce and ship, however, depending on the piece of jewelry, it is possible for your order to come in before the allotted window. Orders are shipped as soon as they are complete.

Orders placed during holidays or when there is a high volume of orders can take longer than the allotted time window. A sales representative will always notify the customer if this is the case.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applicable on all orders shipped within New Jersey. The rate fluctuates depending on the county the order is being shipped to.
