Product Maintenance

Polish/Finish:

On a case-by-case basis, Jemma Lulu will polish (clean) or repair a fine jewelry product that was ordered directly from us within 1 year of purchase. If your purchase is from over 1 year ago, repairs may still be made but there will be a fee depending on the work needed and condition of the item.

Maintenance:

Jemma Lulu will repair chains on a case-by-case basis up to one year after the date of purchase. If your chain requires multiple repairs within the first year of purchase it is up to our discretion to determine if a fee is required. After 1 year the chain may still be repaired at a fee determined by the customer service representative.
